Lync 2013 management shell hanging in Windows 2012 R2

Hi,
On a couple of Lync-2013 installations on Windows 2013 R2 Ive noticed that when you start Lync management shell it just hangs and wont let you type in anything.

I found a workaround for this:
Start Windows management shell as admin.
Type in "Import-Module Lync" and press enter.
Now you have access to all those nice Lync management shell commands.
And futhermore, when you now open Lync Management shell it works.
Why this is happening Im not sure but the workaround fixes it somehow.
